About Me

Mr. Flaum uses his experience as a litigator to advise clients in identifying and selecting the right experts relevant to a particular matter. Before cofounding Berkeley Research Group as the Head of Business Development, Mr. Flaum worked as a director of Business Development at both LECG and Navigant Consulting. Before that, he practiced law for over 10 years at major law firms in Chicago, as well as for the City of Chicago. 

In his law practice, Mr. Flaum represented both corporate and individual clients in litigation matters related to patent infringement, antitrust, breach of contract, and criminal investigations. He has both federal and state court trial experience with several jury cases tried to verdict, most as first chair.
