Mr. Flaum leverages his extensive litigation expertise to guide clients in the expert selection process, ensuring they identify and choose the right specialists relevant to their specific matters. Prior to cofounding Berkeley Research Group as the Head of Business Development, Mr. Flaum served as a director of Business Development at both LECG and Navigant Consulting, where he honed his skills in consulting services. Earlier in his career, he practiced law for over 10 years at major law firms in Chicago and for the City of Chicago.

In his law practice, Mr. Flaum represented corporate and individual clients in litigation matters, including patent infringement, antitrust issues, breach of contract, and criminal investigations. He boasts both federal and state court trial experience, having tried several jury cases to verdict, most often as the first chair.
